What is a Tenant Finder service?
A Tenant Finder service helps a landlord market a rental property, handle enquiries and viewings, reference an applicant and establish the tenancy. After the agreed set-up and handover, the landlord manages the tenancy directly.
How much does Kandi Property’s Tenant Finder service cost?
Kandi currently advertises the Tenant Finder service at £399. Ask for the latest written terms, precise inclusions, applicant limits and any third-party costs before instruction.
Does Tenant Finder include ongoing property management??
No. Tenant Finder is intended for landlords who will manage the tenancy after handover. If you want support with rent, tenant communication, inspections and maintenance coordination, compare the Fully Managed service.
How are prospective tenants checked?
The advertised service includes tenant referencing and Right to Rent checks. Ask Kandi to explain the current referencing criteria, required documents and what happens if an applicant does not meet them.
Are inventories or safety certificates included?
Do not assume that property-specific services or third-party costs are included in the headline fee. Confirm arrangements for inventories, EPCs, gas and electrical safety, deposits and any other compliance requirements in writing.
