Inspection timing should be confirmed in your service agreement. Frequency may depend on the tenancy, property and current terms, and visits must respect the tenant’s rights and required notice.

The management team can monitor payments and follow the agreed arrears process. Ask how and when you will be notified, what contact is made with the tenant and when specialist or legal advice may be recommended.
