North East landlords.
North East landlords.
Ask for the latest service agreement so the management scope and responsibilities are clear before instruction.
What does fully managed property management include?
Kandi’s advertised service covers tenant finding and set-up plus ongoing rent administration, tenant communication, inspections, maintenance coordination and tenancy lifecycle support. Request the current written scope because precise inclusions and limits may change.
Does Kandi Property charge a letting set up fee?
Kandi currently advertises no letting set up fees on qualifying Fully Managed packages. Monthly management fee @ 15% (No VAT) Eligibility, service conditions, minimum terms and possible third-party costs must be confirmed in the latest written agreement.
How are maintenance issues handled?
Tenants can report repairs on Fixflo 24/7 repair reporting platform, after which the issue can be assessed and an appropriate contractor coordinated. Agree emergency arrangements, spending authority, contractor selection and how approvals will work before instruction.
Will I still pay for repairs and certificates?
Normally, landlord management fees and property costs are separate. Repairs, contractor invoices, safety certificates, inventories, licences and legal work may still be payable by the landlord. Ask for a complete explanation before signing.
How often will the property be inspected?
Inspection timing should be confirmed in your service agreement. Frequency may depend on the tenancy, property and current terms, and visits must respect the tenant’s rights and required notice.
What happens if rent is late?
The management team can monitor payments and follow the agreed arrears process. Ask how and when you will be notified, what contact is made with the tenant and when specialist or legal advice may be recommended.
Which areas are covered?
Kandi Property supports landlords across Consett, Gateshead, Hexham and surrounding North East areas. Confirm service availability for the property’s exact postcode.
